Plimmerton School Children Send Goodies

Today three big boxes arrived at Burnham School. Inside the boxes were lots of cards and letters; even some toys and lots of baking. We were so surprised! We said, "Yay". The baking was delicious and beau .... while we were writing this there was another aftershock. We had to stop writing and get under our tables. Our hearts started beating faster. Ms Keenan thinks we are so brave and were so quick to get under our tables. She is very proud of her stunning kids....tiful. Thank you so much Plimmerton School, you put a smile on our faces. Thanks for that!

Tips from Room 3
If you ever have an earthquake you need to drop, cover and hold.
We think it is a good idea to have a torch beside your bed.
It is important to have lots of food in your pantry. Our supermarket was a mess. It took two day to clean it up!
Put shoes on before you start moving around to check out the house after an earthquake, because it is easy to stand on broken glass.

  1. We are glad you liked the food we sent. We hope you don't have another big aftershock. We have practised the drop, cover and hold just in case we have an earthquake here. We are happy you are alright and can go back to school.
