Jasmine and Te Ao learnt how to do arm strokes with a floaty board. Jasmine learnt how to do starfish and float on her back without anyone helping her. Haden learnt how to do little arm strokes through a hoop under water to help him learn breaststroke. Peter learnt how to float on his back to help him do backstroke. Norton got more confident to go down the deep end. Eli, Nikau and Haden linked arms and floated on their backs and kicked all the way down to the deep end and back. Zoe learnt to float on her back and had to remember to keep looking at the sky to make sure she stayed floating.
We really enjoyed our swimming lessons!!!
